The mission of the Emerald City Opera is to enhance the quality of life in Steamboat Springs and Northwest Colorado through opera presentations and the promotion of education and awareness of opera and the vocal arts. Forging collaborations between local artists and world-class performers, the Emerald City Opera promotes appreciation of and participation in musical opportunities.
